01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 54bdt website accessible at https://54bdt.io and all associated services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User upon successful registration on the 54bdt Platform.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a bet via the 54bdt Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which 54bdt processes all financial transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a User's account by 54bdt as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, free spins conversion, or any other incentive scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

54bdt reserves the right to decline registration or close an account at any time where it reasonably concludes that the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer satisfied.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money features on the 54bdt Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details.

You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. 54bdt is entitled to void all bets placed and confiscate all balances held in an account where it is discovered that registration information was inaccurate or fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 54bdt will never ask you for your password by any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted via your account while you are logged in is deemed authorised by you, unless you have notified 54bdt of a security breach prior to that activity.

05 Account Verification (KYC)

54bdt is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its commitment to safe and responsible platform operation. Identity verification (KYC) will be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be requested at any other time at 54bdt's sole discretion.

Standard KYC documentation includes one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. 54bdt does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and mobile number used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed within 24 hours of successful verification. 54bdt does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals.

Pending wagering requirements: Where Bonus Funds are active in your account, withdrawals may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement remains outstanding will result in the cancellation of the active bonus and the forfeiture of any associated bonus balance and pending winnings attributable to that bonus.

54bdt reserves the right to delay, reverse, or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation is outstanding, or where any other breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and bet types, minimum odds requirements, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal cap from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus rules applicable to all 54bdt promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible User unless the promotion page expressly states otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed;
• Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion's wagering contribution schedule will not count toward the completion of that promotion's wagering requirement;
• 54bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms;
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated play with other Users for bonus extraction — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 54bdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. Sport-specific rules, including settlement policies, void bet criteria, and in-play betting restrictions, are published in the sportsbook help section and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the 54bdt Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. 54bdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious system error has occurred;
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or prices — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a data feed malfunction — 54bdt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account balance;

Markets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches are settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for the relevant competition;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. 54bdt does not intervene in game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a specific game round must be submitted with the relevant round ID for investigation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 54bdt Platform:

• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 54bdt;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any aspect of the gaming or betting system;
• Colluding with other Users, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in arbitrage or guaranteed-profit betting strategies that exploit pricing inefficiencies, in conjunction with bonus funds;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile banking provider in relation to legitimate Platform transactions;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — any such issue must be reported to support immediately and must not be deliberately used for financial gain;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 54bdt Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of 54bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 54bdt.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;

• Upon the User's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 54bdt reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds and any pending withdrawal requests. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a User breach (e.g., platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
